furniture, carpeting, tile, artwork, kitchen equipment, etc etc. Freshly painted and ready for your 
enjoyment! All utilities,cable TV,high speed internet, local calls telephone, and use of an olympic 
size,private,gated swimming pool ( Fountain Hills finest ) included in the rent--no hidden charges. 
2 bedrooms with lovely 
queen size,well adorned beds, big closets (lots of clothes hangers), dressers & night stands, and 
southwestern art work. TV in master br. Pretty bath with tub and shower. Wonderful living room with 
extremely comfortable sectional fold out sofa, coffee & end tables, armoire with TV & VCR. Great 
tile flooring (Dancing?) and computer/writing desk. The kitchen has everything you can possibly need 
(all new). Private veranda for incredible star gazing.You'll want for nothing.

"Oakwood" is surrounded by acres of nice green lawns for strolling, relaxing and game playing. An 
olympic size, private,gated,swimming pool with all the amentities is just a minute from your door. 
The 
mountain views are awesome!!! 335 days of brilliant sunshine await you. It's a 10 minute walk or a 1 
minute drive into central Fountain Hills with the tallest (560ft) fountain in the world surrounded 
by a wonderful lake and park. Just cross the street and you're in the town with its many shoppes, 
restaurants and art dealers ( something to take home??? ) Palm trees galore and six golf courses-
RIGHT HERE!!! Tennis and basketball courts just a minute from anywhere!!

Activities and Attractions

"Oakwood" is a short walk to the "Fountain Park". The fountain goes off (erupts) every hour on the 
hour from 9am to 9 pm and even turns green on St Patricks Day. There's a new "splash park" and 
playground for the kids. Think you can throw a frisbee??? Try our pro frisbee golf course that runs 
around the fountain, it's free! Fountain side plaza abuts the park with its many shops & 
restaurants. Enjoy your refreshments inside or find a good spot on the lawns to relax an imbibe. Six 
great golf courses within minutes. Fort McDowell casino is 5 min away. The night life will not 
disappoint anyone looking for some entertainment. McDowell mtn park has many miles of trails for 
hiking,biking,walking, or take a guide led walk to fascinatng places. There is definately something 
for everyone here in Paradise!!!

Vacation Rental Rates

$750.00 per week or $2200.00 per month March through May 2008   $500.00 per week or $1500.00 per 
month June thru August 2008  $800.00 per week or $2300.00 per month September 2008 thru May 2009  
$550.00 per week or $1600.00 per month June thru August 2009. Payment may be made by Personal check, 
bank check, money order, paypal, or for outside the USA, payment is easiest made by International 
Swift Code at your bank. A 50% deposit is required to reserve a condo with the balance due in full 
at least 30 days prior to arrival.
