Vacation Rental Description

Siam Gardens is a tropical island resort, rich in luxury, style and  
ambience. This unique property, located at 512 Spring Avenue in Anna  
Maria is just steps to the glorious bay. The tropical surroundings  
have been lovingly planned and make this resort unlike any other on  
Anna Maria Island. The rooms themselves have been beautifully  
maintained and furnished with your comfort in mind. The large heated  
pool is surrounded by coconut trees, flowering gardens and Tiki  
huts.  
BBQ grills are located throughout the complex. Most units are one  
bedroom, one bath. Most units also feature a private, tropical patio  
area, just outside your door. This beautiful complex is perfect for  
larger groups, weddings and family reunions.

Vacation Rental Rates

$500.00 deposit required 
$30.00 reservation fee 
10 1/2% tax applies 
Three night minimum 
5% discount when renting more than five units. 
Holiday rates apply to Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas  
week. 
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. 
Travel insurance is available and recommended.
