Beachcomber - Gulf front pool home in Anna Maria Island

The Beachcomber, located at 3306 4th Avenue in Holmes Beach is the
ideal dream vacation home. This Gulf front home is newly constructed
and features a brand new heated pool and spa nestled in a tropical
setting. It does not get any better than this! Luxurious furnishings,
an elevator, a gourmet kitchen, a full size laundry room, a gas grill
and a wonderful wraparound balcony overlooking the white sandy beach .  These are just a few of the features of this spacious home. Additional
amenities such as a wine refrigerator, ice machine, intercom system,
central vacuum, high speed internet and a security monitor are
provided. A Bose theatre system provides CD capabilities throughout
the house and at the pool. There is an office area upstairs as well
as a separate family/sitting area upstairs from which you can view
the panoramic sunsets. The Beachcomber sleeps six with a king size
bed and two queen size beds. It is a one week minimum rental. While
this wonderful home is hidden away on a quiet street and away from it
all, parking is limited. Use of the garage is not included in the
rental and there is a maximum of three cars. Unfortunately, there is
not space for boats, trailers or RV's. This home does require a
$1000.00 deposit. This home is new to the rental market and will book
quickly, so don't delay!

Anna Maria Island features some of Florida's very best beaches.  Various water sports are located through-out the Island including boat/wave runner rentals.  Several types of boat charters are also available from fishing to Dolphin watching.  Seven miles of fun, fun and more fun!

$500.00 deposit on weekly reservations.

$1000.00 deposit on monthly reservations.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Travel insurance is available and recommended.

$35.00 processing fee and $40.00 damage waiver required.

One week minimum rental required.

Holiday rates apply to Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks. All rents will be increased by 25%.
