Vacation Rental Description

Convenient fully furnished beach studio (2 min, to beach with beach  
access).  King size bed,full size sofa bed., roll out bed, T.V. High  
speed wireless internet DSL, PC with monitor for internet is  
included or you can use your own laptop, water, basic    
electric and trash pick-up included in lodging  price.   
 
The studio contains a bathtub and shower; large vanity and mirror.  
Ceramic tile throughout the studio. New appliances included - flat  
top stove oven, microwave, air freshner unit, large refrigerator.

Vacation Rental Amenities

For your outdoor enjoyment, there is a courtyard with patio table  
and chairs with umbrella as well as a barbeque grill.  There is an 
outdoor shower with hot and cold running water for your convenience 
in washing off when returning from the ocean. Ceiling fans and floor  
fans cool the lodging. 
 
Basic basic cable TV is included .

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, surfing, body boarding, shell collecting, walking on the  
beach and surf cast fishing are all right down the street at beach  
access. There is also a public riverfront pier nearby for fishing,  
and sunset viewing of the scenic Indian River.  Also, enjoy a new  
town park nearby for leisure activities - playground, jogging trail,  
tennis and volleyball.  Library, post office, bank, hardware,  
pharmacy, gift shops and deli all local walking or biking distance.  
Area is safe and secure by local police/crime watch.  Certain times  
of the year loggerhead turtles migrate along the beach and may be  
viewed.  Also porpoise and whale sightings are common. 
 
Golf courses are within a 10-20 minute drive; the closest is  
Spessard Holland (designed by Arnold Palmer).  Excellent fishing  
charters are 10 miles south at the world famous Sebastian Inlet.   
There is a boat dry dock storage 6 miles south of Melbourne Beach.  
Wonderful shopping malls are less than 10 miles; outlet malls less  
than 32 miles in Vero Beach; and quaint antique shopping is across  
the causeway in Melbourne's old town and art district. 
 
Places to drink and eat are all along S.R. A1A from dressy to  
casual - seafood, Chinese, Mexican, Italian, mostly family owned. 
 
Orlando attractions are but an hour 1/2 away - Disney, Epcot,  
Universal, Sea World, and many more.  Kennedy Space Center and Port  
Canaveral are 45 minutes to the north; Orlando International Airport  
is an easy 65 minute drive on a major thoroughfare; and Melbourne  
International Airport is 15 minutes away with Delta Airlines and  
international flights to the Bahamas.
