Wythe House ~ This brand new Cape Cod home is just 2 blocks from the main street in Pentwater. Walk 
to everything from this convenient location! Home sleeps up to 12 people and includes living room 
with gas fireplace, main floor master suite with private bath & jacuzzi tub, open kitchen, dining, 
tv area, 2 extremely large bedrooms on the 2nd floor, plus an additional family room on the 2nd 
floor. There is room for everyone in this home! 
For your comfort: A/C & a washer/dryer!
Bed arrangement: Queen bed in the master suite, North bedroom has 2 twin beds and plenty of room for 
a baby crib (not provided). East bedroom has 1 Queen and 2 twin beds, 2nd floor family room includes 
2 full size futons.

golfing, fishing, horsebackriding - you name it and Pentwater has it. Plus, of course, the GORGEOUS 
beach at Mears State Park, just a few blocks away. Have a boat? The public launch is 1 1/2 blocks 
away at Pentwater Lake.
