Vacation Rental Description

This home is a Charlston Style 5 bedroom 5 bath home, built in 2005. The property is located mid- 
Island within a gated community. The home is directly across the street from CHAPIN PARK. The Park  
has been recently created by the Town of HIlton Head and provides Tennis Courts, Soccer and base ball  
field, bike paths to the public beach access and a Dog Park! The home is a short 600 yards to the  
Private Beach Access for Singleton Beach which can be reached by walking or biking. If walking or  
biking is not your thing then the Golf Cart Shuttle to the Beach can accomodate you. This shuttle  
service is provided by the owners of Village at Singleton Beach and runs from June 1st. thru August  
31st.

Vacation Rental Amenities

All 3 levels are fully furnished. Furnishings by Ralph Lauren. The first level is the entry to the  
home, stairway and elevator to the upper floors and a bedroom with queen bed opening onto the grotto  
pool and deck. We call this the "Jimmy Buffet Room". All bedrooms are ensuite. The second level  
provides a Great Room (Kitchen, Living & Dining Room), a porch with a gas grill and table, chairs &  
umbrella, plus a Master Bedroom with King bed and a second bedroom with twin beds. The third level  
provides a Master bedroom, Master Bath with large rain shower, another bedroom with twin beds, a  
living room with stone fireplace and vaulted ceilings and a small porch and laundry room. All linens  
are provided weekly between guest by our management company. Additional linens can be requested along  
with any maintenance services that may be needed. Someone is always there to help your stay be stress  
free! WE ARE ALSO PET FRIENDLY!
