Affordable  1 Bedroom/1 Bath Condo located in Garden City at the Garden City Guesthouse in
the Myrtle Beach area of SC. Located on the third floor of the three story building, a short walk
to the beach! Only one parking space per unit. Well kept building with elevator and laundry room.
Pool with separate jacuzzi. Also has an outside shower for washing away the sand!
The unit is equipped with basic housekeeping items such as pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee
maker, toaster, and microwave. Includes a full size refrigerator and four burner stove allowing
guests to prepare meals in the unit. Separate living area is equipped with a Queen-size sleeper
sofa, dining table for four, television with cable and VCR/DVD player. the bedroom has a queen size
bed, television, dvd player and private balcony.
Must be 21, no pets allowed, and must provide own linens and towels.
When date has been requested, a contract will be e-mailed. Signed contract, security deposit and
half the weekly rent is required to secure your date.

Air conditioning, covered parking, cable TV, DVD player/VCR, pool, hot tub, telephone. Cooking
utensils, dishes provided. Refrigerator, microwave, ice maker, ceiling fans, and coin operated
laundry on ground floor.
Short walk to Garden City Pier with nightly music in the summer. Golf courses, putt-putt golf, water
parks, fishing, cinemas, outlet malls, restaurants, sightseeing, parasailing, and much much more!

We offer nightly rates for the months of November, December, January and February.  Monthly rate of $600 per month for December, January and February.
