Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful new 3,100 square foot desert home is situated in a  
private setting with mountain views in a gated community just 3  
miles from Hwy 111. Enormous, professionally landscaped yard and  
patio area, accessible from Living Room, Family Room and Master  
Bedroom, is great for entertaining with over-sized saline pool and  
spa, 48-inch built-in BBQ and a large, raised fire pit. This 4  
bedroom, 3 bath home has been furnished with top of the line  
appliances, furniture and television-entertainment systems. Carpeted  
bedrooms and Travertine flooring is installed throughout the house.  
 
The large, well-stocked gourmet kitchen has expansive granite  
countertops and a large central island complete with 2nd sink. The  
LG refrigerator has water and ice accessible through the door. The 5- 
burner electric Cooktop, Dishwasher, Dual Ovens and Microwave are  
all GE Monogram appliances. An abundance of cooking utensils, baking  
pans, silverware, glasses and dishes will be found in the kitchen.  
 
Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table set in a bay-windowed  
alcove, and a large family room complete with gas fireplace and a 67- 
inch Samsung DLP TV with Hi-Def cable service. The entertainment  
system includes theatre surround sound, DVD player and a sound  
system which allows music playing simultaneously outside in the pool  
area while others are watching TV in the Family Room. The room is  
furnished with comfortable leather couch and loveseat, leather easy  
chair and matching ottoman, coffee table, end table, an area rug,  
ceiling fan and reading lamps. A sliding glass door opens onto the  
patio giving access to the BBQ area, spa and pool. The large powder  
room is located between the family room and living room areas. 
 
The very large formal living room and dining room are just beyond  
the elegant foyer as you enter the home. Sophisticated furnishings  
include a 12-foot L-shaped sofa, tables, an area rug, 42-inch  
Panasonic wall-mounted plasma TV, full sound entertainment system  
and DVD player. A gas fireplace occupies one corner of the living  
room. The large dining table, which seats 8 people comfortably, also  
shares the area. A wall of windows and French doors treat guests  
with fabulous views of the waterfall, spa and pool in the patio area. 
 
The spacious Master Bedroom with king-sized bed looks out to the  
pool and backyard through a series of corner windows. A separate  
door to the patio gives easy access to the pool area. The Panasonic  
wall-mounted 42-inch plasma TV, DVD player, large dresser, 2 night  
stands and 2 comfortable upholstered chairs complete the room. There  
is a large walk-in closet adjacent to a spectacular Master Bath with  
large soaking tub, separate shower and dual sinks. Each of the other  
three bedrooms have queen-sized beds, TV, large closets, and  
attractive furnishings. A full bath with dual sinks is centrally  
located near the 3 bedrooms. There is a more-than-ample supply of  
towels for your use during your stay. A large laundry room with full- 
sized washer and dryer, sink and outside access is located near the  
bedrooms.  
 
The outdoor patio area includes a large, stone-topped table with 11- 
foot umbrella that seats 8, as well as several loungers and chairs  
for sunning and sitting around the large, raised gas fire pit at  
night. The saline pebble tec pool is over-sized and includes a large  
seating deck with 9-foot removable pool umbrella. The lighted  
waterfall flows into the oversized spa and then into the pool where  
there is extensive wrap-around bench seating. The covered outdoor  
BBQ area includes tiled counters surrounding the built-in 48-inch  
stainless gas BBQ. Professional landscaping in the patio area  
includes palm trees, flowering plants and lawn areas. 
 
The house is fully air-conditioned with two separate systems, as  
well as having 7 ceiling fans throughout. Wireless internet access  
and free local and long-distance calls are included. The house is  
ideally located near numerous golf courses, excellent dining,  
shopping and the Aqua Caliente Casino. Tennis courts are within easy  
walking distance.  
 
This is our home for much of the year and we make every effort to  
maintain the house in a perfect condition. We expect the same  
consideration from our renters. No smoking and no pets of any kind  
are allowed.
