Vacation Rental Description
Prospector Square location on rail trail. 2 Bedrooms, 2 baths,both
w/Queen sized beds on 1st level and large loft,w/king sized bed and
a trundle bed, w/full bath on 2nd level. Master bedroom bath has
jacuzzi tub. Homey setting w/fireplace and beautiful wood ceiling.
Dining room has table w/8 chairs. This open plan has view of slopes
from bedrooms and balcony. TV's in living area and loft. Full
kitchen has plenty of dishes, glassware, pots, pans and utensils.
Free Park City bus to Mountain Resort stops at driveway.
Underground parking for 1 vehicle, but large parking area adjacent
to condo. Einsteins Coffee, conveniently located across parking lot
and many great restaurants walking distance from the unit. This
convenient location is minutes from Deer Valley and The Canyons.
Main Street is less than one mile. This should be your ski week
destination home.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Suncreek Condos has underground parking and large parking lot. This
is an elevator building so you go from your car to your unit. There
is a jacuzzi in the common area inside the covered gazebo. There is
a common coin operated laundry on each floor. Suncreek sits on the
rail trail, a 3-4 mile hiking, jogging or biking in summer. It is
close to everything. Shopping, movies, sport stores, restaurants,
main street, mountain resort, etc.
Activities and Attractions
All types of world class skiing, snowboarding, close to cross
country trails. Also close to Deer Valley and the Canyons. Just an
hour away from Alta,Snowbird,Brighton, Solitude and Snow Basin. Salt
Lake City airport 1 hr. away w/shuttle service available or rent-a-
car at airport. Summer includes: Mountain resort zip line, bike
trails, hiking trails, horseback riding, many nearby golf courses,
beautiful mirror lake and picnic areas. Of course, 27 miles of
waterway at Jordonelle Dam for all water toys and boats is just 7
miles from the unit.
