Be our guest, be our guest, put our accommodations to your test at 
our luxurious 3 bedroom/ 3.5 bath town home. It will feel like your 
home away from home. Features of our town home include 2 Master 
Suites with king beds and pillow-topped mattresses, 26" LCD TVs and 
1 Master Suite with full beds (no twins) and 20" flat screen TV with 
built in DVD player. Our living room provides a sleeper sofa and an 
entertainment center including an HD equipped 55" LCD Sony TV with 
DVD/VCR, PS2, and wireless internet access throughout the home. The 
kitchen is furnished with full size appliances. Washer and dryer, 
ironing board and iron are also included. All suite bathrooms are 
equipped with hairdryers. Our town home is located minutes away from 
Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Wet N’ Wild, and walking 
distance to the Orlando Orange County Convention Center. Do you plan 
on going on vacation with family and friends? We have a second town 
home located right next door with the same deluxe accommodations and 
soon a beautiful condo overlooking Lake Cay. You will be able to sit 
on the lanai and watch the fireworks at Sea World each evening in 
the summer. Please inquire.

find every type of restaurant imaginable and shop till you drop. 
Golf (Shingle Creek-1 mile), shopping (Belz Designer Outlet-3 
miles, Orlando Premium Outlet Mall-6 miles, and Mall of Millenia-5 
miles), and Muvico 21 Movie Theater (1 mile) are conveniently 
located to satisfy all of your recreational needs.

Vacation Rental Rates

$139/Night and up depending on season or convention. Inquire for 
rates.
Six night minimum for holidays, 2 night minimum otherwise. 
$85 Cleaning fee.
$300 deposit to reserve, balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
$500 damage deposit placed on Credit Card upon arrival. Released 
after inspection of unit.
12.5% Florida Taxes apply. Check-In 4PM Check-Out 10AM
