*Plus $125 cleaning fee
*Optional pool heating during winter only, at actual usage, generally $100-$250 during cold months.

Weekly, monthly rentals. Multi-week rentals negotiable.
Deposit: 50%, plus $500 refundable security deposit.
Optional pool heat deposit will be commensurate with the time of
year. Brand new pool heater installed, should be minimal charge for gas usage.
Balance due 21 days prior to reservation date.
