Vacation Rental Description

Come enjoy our weekend retreat. Cute as can be 2 bedroom country house sitting in the middle of 40+ 
acres with a 3 acre and 5 acre stocked lakes. House sits on peninsula on the middle of the 5 acre 
lake with a breath taking view. House is well maintained and is in excellent condition approximatly 
1100 sq. ft.. House features a large eat-in kitchen, four seasons room with wood burning stove, 
large master bedroom with queen bed and TV, second bedroom has single bunk beds, family room has 
wonderful view of lake and "32" HD TV, DVD, and Wii console(available with extra deposite) deck will 
be built soon off of family room. House also has unfinished walkout basement with outside brick 
patio area. Utilities include Central air and forced air heating, but house is temporarly on well 
water with below average water pressure in shower(City water tap is paid and will be installed soon 
from 3-15-08)Property is 10-15 minutes from downtown St. Louis Missouri and 40-50 minutes from St. 
Louis Lambert airport and closer to mid-america airport. 45 minutes rom Grant's farm.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Two stocked lakes,four seat golf cart, Stove,fridge, microwave, toaster, fish fryer, gas grill, wood 
burning stove, 32 inch HD TV, Dirct TV, DVD Player, Wii Console (with extra deposit),  electronic 
dart board(bar style), fully furnished with all furniture dishes and utensils. Full and queen air 
matresses available on request.

Fishing, Ridding Golf Cart, 4wheeling (bring your own ATV), 5-10 minutes to:  Gateway Center, Splash 
Water Park, Go cart track, Shopping and restaurants (ST Clair Square, 30-45 minutes to Grant's Farm, 
45 Minutes to Lambert Internationa Airport, 20-30 minutes to St. Louis Zoo (Rated #2 in the country 
and free admission), Science Center, Botanical Garden, and Forrest Park, 15 minutes to Busch 
Staduim, Edward Jones Dome, and Savis Center. 45 minutes-1 hour to Six Flags Amousment Park. 15-25 
minutes to Downtown St. Louis:  3 Casinos, Aquatic Center and City Museum, The Landing, Convention 
Center, Arch and Riverfront, Anheiser Busch Brewery (free tours), Soulard Market and Blues Bars.  45 
minutes to:  Grafton, Great River Road, Ragging Rivers Water Park, Pier Marquet State Park.

House is available for $325 for 3 day weekend check-in friday check-out monday. One week rate is 
$495 to $750
