Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy this large one-bedroom condo at the famous Ocotillo Lodge (a Gene Autry development), only 
minutes from restaurants, casinos, golf courses, and downtown Palm Springs. Ocotillo has a wonderful 
Olympic size fan-shaped pool, two Jacuzzis, a small fitness area, pool table, and an outdoor BBQ 
area. It has one of the best views of the mountains and being on the south-side of Palm Springs, it 
has very little wind. 

Very Important! This condo unit is located in the very quiet back-end of the complex away from the 
busy street noise of Hwy 111 (East Palm Canyon Dr.) and is a single story unit with nobody above or 
below you.

The Longer your stay, the lower your Nightly Rate! No Palm Springs Hotel Tax (11.5%) will be charged 
for stays 28 days or more.

$93-$100 per night year round rates (2-7 nights) - 2 NIGHT MIN. + $60 cleaning fee
$80-$81 per night year round rates (8-14 nights) + $85 cleaning fee
$71-$79 per night year round rates (15-21 nights) + $85 cleaning fee
$64-$70 per night year round rates (22-31 nights)+ $85 cleaning fee
Hotel Bed Tax 11.5% - For stays over 28 days, Hotel Bed Tax will not be charged
3 night minimum for all holidays
Completely Refundable Security Fee of $150.00 (cleaning not provided daily)
Credit Cards accepted through PayPal, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders.
