Vacation Rental Description

This charming villa has been completely renovated, new tile, kitchen cabinets, appliances, carpet and mini  
blinds.  Also has a screened and glassed lanai in back.  The electric roll down shutter covers the sliding  
glass doors for additional security, should you wish to use it. A one car garage with opener, and full sized  
washer/dryer are included. 
  
Just off of SR70, and less than two miles to Bollitieri (IMG). 
 
Floor plan is "split", guest bedroom and a full bath on one side of the house with a 20" LCD flat screen TV.  The  
master suite is on the other side with 3/4 bath  Master, Living room, and guest bedroom all have ceiling fans. 
 
Living room has a queen sleeper sofa and there are also twin air beds available should the kids and grandkids  
visit for the week or longer. 
 
Miniblinds and curtains afford you maximum privacy. Go into the villa directly from the garage. Again the benefit  
to you is safety, security and privacy.  
 
This is the perfect rental for the family who is just moving to Bradenton/Sarasota and needs time to find the  
right house, or is building and needs a flexible lease arrangement. Perfect for that golfer as there are more than  
30 courses within 10 miles.  
 
This property is turnkey furnished with everything you are likely to need to have a wonderful vacation.

Vacation Rental Amenities

A beautifully furnished property, with crystal, silver, fine china.  A  27" Tv and vcr/dvd player, 20" TV in the guest  
bedroom. There are movies for your use, as well as books and games.  
 
Large frostfree fridge with ice maker. Glass top range.  Full sized washer and dryer are included. In addition,  
there is a new microwave, and many small appliances, mixer, Mr Coffee, slow cooker, many crystal serving  
pieces, as well as all of the casual stuff silverware-, plate- and glass-wise. 
 
The glassed and screened lanai offer a private and relaxing view of the fruit tree out back. The community  
heated pool is next to a beautiful restful lake. Central air (of course, it's Florida after all!) Lounge chairs,and  
floats for pool or beach are provided.

Activities and Attractions

Close to all the action without the noise and traffic.  
  
Less than 2 hours to Orlando and all of the activities there. 
 
45 minutes to Tampa International Airport 
 
15 minutes to Sarasota/Bradenton Airport, and just alittle further is the Ringling Museum, St Armands Square for  
Great! shopping, and all of the arts and cultural events in Sarasota.

Vacation Rental Rates

$2200 per month furnished. Three month minimum Jan thru March. 
$1600 per month November, December and April, one month minimum. 
$1400 per month May thru October, one month minimum.  This property is a stand alone villa, so  
very private, and light and bright (the pictures show up very dark on this site, but the property has windows on  
all sides). Includes local phone, electric, and heated pool and cluhouse with many activities.  
 
$300 security/damage deposit and 10.5% Florida taxes 
  
Additional fees of $60 paid directly to the condo association.
