This house is our vacation home and this is the first year we will be renting it. Its a 3br rancher
that sits on a large waterfront canal lot. This home is in a nice quiet,safe neighborhood and is
close to everything.

dishwasher, screened in rear porch,waterfront canal with small dock.large yard for activities.
Activities and Attractions
This house is very close to the Outlets on Rt50 for all your shopping needs,Go Carts,Paint
Ball,marina,Assateuge Island Beach and Wild horses. Minutes drive to the boardwalk and Coastal
highway. Many restaurants very close are Green Turtle,Bull on the Beach, Crab Alley,Harborside,
Harpers and many more.Located on a canal,so you can bring your boat or jet skis. Lot has plenty of
parking for your guests and trailer. Boat ramp is right down the street.
Vacation Rental Rates
Memorial Day to Labor day rates range from $900-1200 per week. We also have off season rates as low
as $600 per week.
