Riverside Lodge is a gorgeous modern riverfront home with lofted ceilings, a
spacious floor-plan, and a gas fireplace. Riverside Lodge has fabulous
views up and down the river and features an open living-dining-kitchen
with a wall of glass and sliding glass doors to a large deck on the
river.
The full amenity kitchen has Corian countertops and modern appliances.
On the upper level there is a river view deck and on the lower patio
there is a large spa and a game room with a ping pong table. A
stairway leads down to a private deep water river dock, a canoe & Kayak
(available during summer only).
Riverside Lodge conveniently located approximately one mile from
downtown Guerneville, within walking distance to a local neighborhood
beach, a 5 minute drive to Northwood Golf Course and only a short
drive to the Sonoma Coast, Bodega Bay and Jenner.

$400  a night / $2, 550 a week / $130 Cleaning & Linens Fee

Rates 10/1-4/30
$300  a night / $1,800 a week / $130 Cleaning & Linens Fee

Two night minimum Sept 1 through June 30
Weekly only in July and August. Week rentals run Friday to Friday
Three night minimum most holidays. 10% Increase for Memorial, Day, Labor Day & New Years, Four night minimum for Thanksgiving.

11% Local Taxes & Fees, $20 Booking Fee, Refundable Security Deposit Required
