A quiet get away with all the amenities for a very relaxing and
comfortable stay. This home is new, sparkling clean, has a cabin-like yet modern
feel and sits nestled amongst ponderosa trees. Located 5 miles S.W.
of Lapine with easy access to mountain,lake, river and trail
recreations. It's hot in the summer and offers snow in the winter.
3 bedrooms, 1 comfortable bath and a spacioius great-room layout.
Natural wood accents thru-out this home make it cozy with its
leather furniture and large kitchen table for gathering near the
warm fire or for the feel of the breeze coming in from the deck just
outside.

This home is fully equiped; a modern kitchen and W/D, Linens
are fresh, Fire wood is stocked. Coffee, Papertowels, TP, Dish soap,
Bath soap and Laundry soap are provided.
There is a covered front deck and a covered back deck with a gas b-
que, an outdoor fire ring, picnic table and it's fenced.
There are 2 TV's, a cd player, dvd and vcr, cable tv, movies,
games, puzzles and magazines.
1st brdm: Queen log bed AND cable tv.
2nd brdm: Double/twin bunk set and a another twin.
3rd bdrm: Double futon

From the house there is access to BLM land and the Little Deschutes
river for walking, biking or rec. vehicles, when and where premitted. There is
a pool open from June to Sept.. Quail Pines golf coarse is just a nice 15 min. drive away.
Whether you enjoy off road recreation, hiking and biking, skiing,
fishing, golfing or just plain nature at its best, the central
location of this home is wonderful!
Quick to Willamette Pass, Paulina Peak and East lake trails and
activities, the high lakes Wickiup, Twin and Crane Prairie,
etc., and all the recreation that the Mt.Bachelor area offers.

$110.00 Nightly stay, No minimun. Stay 6 nights and the 7th is free.
Dogs are welcome, and we ask that you please clean up after them. $10.00 non-refundable fee.
$30.00 Non-refundable BOOKING DEPOSIT-covers taxes, booking, restocking, etc.
$300.00 refundable security-damage deposit. Please leave the home as you found it, CLEAN.
Vacation tenants are responsible for cleaning up after themselves upon their
departure. The homeowners will then verify acceptable condition of the home and return the
refundable $300.00 security fee.
