we had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo for 2 weeks. the views are amazing from every room during the day as well as the nite. boats in the bay, wildlife, and the miami beach skyline. the location is perfect only a short ride from the airport, minutes from the beaches, museums, and botanical gardens. this building as well as the surrounding buildings have restuarants in them and is an easy walk. if you feel like dinning in or eating by the pool delivery is quick and often free of charge. we give this condo 5 stars.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Gorgeous place with spectacular water views!

What a fabulous place! As soon as I walked in the door I knew that we were going to love our visit. The water views were gorgeous during the day and even more breath taking at night. We had floor to ceiling sliding doors that opened with a nice balcony. Panoramic views of the bay and the city. Just below you could see a park. The layout was nice and spacious, comfortable for my family of 5 which included 3 kids, 8, 9 & 12 years old. The place was well decorated, nice furniture, a tv in each room, linens, very clean and we had everything that we needed. There was plenty to do walking distance from our place. We went to see the Taylor Swift concert at the Arena which was about a mile away and we walked. Just over the bridge was all of the South Beach action and fabulous shopping. We had a car but could have walked to many places or taken a cab. Wayne was very hospitable and available for anything that we needed. Lovely weekend and we can't wait to go back!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
