Vacation Rental Description

 A beautiful view of the ocean and a direct view of the Delta Launch Pads at Cape Canaveral and the 
channel where the cruise ships come out into the ocean. Extra large balcony for ocean viewing.
  This luxury condo has three bedrooms and two baths.  The Seringetti Bedroom is furnishes with a 
queen size bed and African motif. The Bali Bedroom is a sitting room with a floral sofa bed which 
can be used as a bedroom or just a place to be quiet and private. The master bedroom has a king size 
bed and an Ernest Hemingway look with rich tropical furnishings.The master bath has a over sized 
bath tub and a large shower with private toilet and his and her sinks.  All bedrooms have their own 
televisions. The living room has a four stacked glass sliding door that opens for a fresh air view 
directly on the ocean plus a very large television.  All rooms have cieling fans. The kitchen is 
well equipted for a gourmet cook and has many extras plus beautiful granite counter tops and a wine 
cooler. The dining room features a china cabinet with formal dining accessories. Napkin rings, place 
mats, champagne glasses, wine glasses, china and more. There is a very large laundry room with a
washer and dryer and utility sink and iron with ironing board and beach towels. In the private 
garage you have direct access to the condo without going outside and includes beach unbrellas and 
beach chairs. Come, enjoy and relax on the beach.

Beautiful beach a few steps away for sunning, swimming, body surfing, surf fishing, water sports. 
You name it.
-Orlando's Disney World, Pleasure Island, Downtown Disney, Cirque Du Soleil, Epcot Center, Sea World 
Theme Parks are one hour away.
-Port Canaveral is five minutes away and is one of the largest cruise ports in Florida. It offers 
3,4, and 5 day cruises for Royal Carribean, Disney and Carnival Cruise Ships. Fishing is also 
available on charter boats for a half day or whole day. Private or Party boats. 
-Casinos: two of the world's largest casino ships depart twice daily from the port.
-Golf: The Cocoa Beach Country Club is located on the peninsula surrounded by the Banana River 
Lagoon and the club welcomes locals and visitors alike, with 3 nine hole courses.
-Kennedy Space Center is just fifteen minutes away. Visitors can have a bus tour of the space 
center, IMAX theatre, Saturn 5 museum and more.
-Brevard Zoo: In Melbourne has over 400 animals.
-Cocoa Beach Surf School:  Ron Jons Surf Shop specializes in beginners. Private and group lessons 
are offered.  One of the largest surf shops in the world.  Shopping is a must at Ron Jons. Fun Fun 
Fun.
-Shopping: Merritt Island Square Mall is ten minutes away and has a 16-screen stadium seating 
theater. The small town of Cocoa has a wonderful historic village with many unique shops and five 
star restaurants.  It is located only a few minutes on the other side of Merritt island traveling 
west toward I-95.
-Dinning: Local seafood is available right in the Port at a varity of very good waterfront 
restaurants.  Cocoa Beach and Merrit Island also have many very good restaurants.
-Cocoa Beach Pier:  Watch surfers from your own table over lunch on the pier. Casual dinning at it's 
best.
