Sunset Terrace is a quiet family oriented complex made up of only 18 units. This is not your typical Florida megaplex. We pride ourselves on limited renting.
This beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bathroom condo is located directly on the beach and is offered with full amenities. Unit 107 has a master bedroom with queen sized bed and bathroom as well as private balcony and a second bedroom with two twin beds and full bathroom. The condo has a spacious living area with screened in lanai overlooking the Gulf. There is also a dining room and eat at kitchen bar to complement the fully equipped kitchen. A queen size air mattress with electric pump is also available for additional sleeping accomodations if one can be torn from the lounge chairs on the lanai.

   This condo unit has all one needs to enjoy a short or long stay. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen and its own washer and dryer. Linens and towels are provided.  Of course there is a TV and a DVD player as well as a VCR.                                    Relax and forget your troubles while you take in the spectacular gulf view from your own private screened in lanai.  For the swimmer, the warm gulf water awaits. Beach towels and chairs are provided, as well as sand toys. For those who prefer a pool one needs only to take a few seconds walk from your condo door to the private gated heated swimming pool and sun lounging area.                                                         Your covered assigned parking spot is located right next to the stairs to your first floor condo.

 2012 Rates:

5/1/13-12/31/13: $1,250 per week, $3,600 per month

3/29/14-4/30/14:  $1,450 per week or $5,000 per month

5/01/14-12/31/14: $1,250 per week, $3600 per month or $225/night with 4 night minimum.

*All rates above plus applicable taxes and $85.00 cleaning/exit fee. No additional discounts or charges during holidays.

*Non-refundable $500.00 deposit on all rentals.
