It's two vacations in one! You're just steps from the sparkling beach, so paradise awaits outdoors. Yet our custom-built house is so luxurious, with a master suite and heated indoor pool, that you may never want to go outside! What a great "problem"!

The Drake House is designed for those of us who take relaxation seriously. Not only is it comfortable and beautifully appointed, it also offers you the chance to "get away from it all" even while you're on vacation! Let the kids enjoy all the entertainment and space of the downstairs while you lounge upstairs in your master suite with separate living room, wet bar, fireplace, and en-suite Jacuzzi!

The bedroom in the master suite features a king-sized bed, TV, snuggly windowseat, and plenty of closet spaces. The bar is close at hand too, complete with counter, sink, two stools, and all the equipment you need for frosty blender drinks or midnight hot toddies! Adjacent to the bar is a double-sided fireplace, warming up both the bedroom and the living area with its soft couches, large TV, and French doors onto your private balcony!

Of course, there's plenty of great space downstairs for the rest of your party, for the Drake House sleeps 8 very comfortably. The living room is just made for a crowd, with three plush sofas facing a wide-screen HDTV. The open-plan design puts the dining table (for 6) within conversational range, so the dedicated card players can battle it out in Texas Hold 'em while the sports lovers watch the big game on TV!

The kitchen is a cook's dream, with blonde cabinetry, a central island with extra sink, breakfast bar with stools, and all the up-to-the-minute appliances to get you finished with chores in a jiffy and back in the action! A full-size laundry room, flooded with light and boasting counter space to spare, makes fluff-drying the towels and running a quick load of swimsuits easier than ever, too!

There are two bedrooms and one full, one half bath downstairs. The guest bedroom is beautifully decorated, with plenty of space for a double bed, rocker, TV, and en-suite half bath. The third bedroom is another double, in a long and airy room so spacious it boasts extra seating, a huge chest of drawers, a TV, and a full-sized desk! The third bathroom has enough space for the gang to spread out, with his-and-her sinks and a separate room for the bathtub and shower. No waiting in line or crowding past one another at our house!

But the best part of the Drake House is the lanai that runs the entire length of one side of the house. With an atrium ceiling and casual seating (and lounging!), it contains a long, sparkling blue lap pool! With ground-to-sky views on 3 sides, our swimming pool is certain to become your favorite feature of the house -- and who knows, perhaps of your entire trip! Take an early morning dip, stargaze while floating on your back, and escape the crowd with your own private pool, entirely secluded yet so open and airy!

The Drake House is located in a gated community just a few steps from the beach, so the sugary sands and rolling waves are just a few minutes' walk away. Our beach is wide, pristine, and breathtaking, whether you like to beachcomb at low tide, collecting the treasures of the tide, build sandcastles at noon with the toddlers, play beach volleyball as afternoon turns to evening, or watch the final light slip below the horizon. And when you stay at our house, you need never worry about packing a big bag of supplies -- you're just moments from home if you need anything!
