Brand new furnished condo. Our luxurious condo overlooks the ocean. This 5th floor, 3BR, 3BA corner unit has sweeping views of the ocean and the beautiful Cinnamon Beach. Enjoy the sea breeze on our large balcony (300 square feet) and sip a drink as you relax to the sounds of the waves and seagulls.

This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 651 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida (which is on the East Coast of Florida - south of St. Augustine & north of Daytona Beach Florida). This is building 6, fifth floor (end unit). We also manage Unit 653, 655 (on the same 5th floor), - perfect for families traveling together. This condo has many upgrades and deluxe furniture.

Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps up to 10 and features a large HDTV. Our 5th floor luxury condo is accessible by both elevator and stairs and features over 2300 square feet of elegantly appointed and furnished living space. The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining, whatever you prefer. Our kitchen is spacious and is fully equiped with microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, ice maker, toaster, and blender. All cookware and tableware is included.

Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the large HDTV, a DVD and/or music while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on our balcony fresco dining table as players try to navigate the challenging Ocean Hammock Golf Club.

The kitchen provides all the necessities and is nicely accented with granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances and cute little breakfast table area for informal dining. Best of all, we have high speed Internet for guests who bring their lap top computers. We also have a high chair and pack n play as well.

The 3 bedrooms include a master with a pillow top king bed, tv set/DVD player, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy, and include one with a king size bed and tv set/DVD player and private bathroom, and one with 2 double beds (sleeps 2-4) and a tv set/DVD player. We also have a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a pak n play in the unit.

The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual "zero" slope entrance for kids, a water "splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails. ( The pools are 1 block away. )

Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf Club is a private course known as 'The Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock are numerous challenging public golf courses.
