The view is panoramic from our third-storey flat, set in the lovely gated community of Canopy Walk, with boat docks, a zero-entry pool, spa, kids' water park, basketball and volleyball courts, and a clubhouse with billiards table and game room. Explore our 7-mile nature trail, sail and fish from the marina, or play at the renowned Ginn Hammock PGA Gold Course just minutes away! There's something for everyone here.

Our condo is roomy and comfortable for the whole gang. There are 3 bedrooms with sleeping space for 6, 2 full baths (one with a large, accessible walk-in shower), and all the amenities you need to make yourself right at home. No need to overpack -- you'll find a beautifully stocked kitchen and all the linens and towels you need right here at Canopy Walk 242, in addition to a laundry room with washer and dryer at your disposal!

Settle into our large living room and watch your favorite movie or a game on our big LCD TV, or turn our glass-topped dining table into Game Central and break out the Clue! The dining area is between the living area and kitchen, convenient to both. It seats 4, but if you need a few more spots, you can pull up the 2 stools from the breakfast bar.

Whether you're a gourmet cook or a fan of dining out, you will appreciate the kitchen at Canopy Walk 242. It's got everything you need to prepare a feast . . . or dish up the takeout, as the case may be. All major and minor appliances are present, plus the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to prepare and serve just about anything. The blender will keep the fruity drinks coming, while the coffee maker wakes you up in the morning and the microwave makes snacks a snap!

Everyone gets a great night's sleep at Canopy Walk 242, thanks to ultra-comfortable beds in cozy, quiet rooms. The master bedroom contains a queen-size bed, a brand new TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bathroom has a double bed. And the third has a queen-size bed, a large TV,.

But the best part of Canopy Walk 242 isn't even in any of these rooms. It's the spacious, beautiful balcony that looks down on the wooded grounds and the Intracoastal Waterway. Located just beyond the living room, it is furnished with a casual table and chairs for al fresco dining and long evenings. If you're a birdwatcher, station the binoculars here!

At Canopy Walk 242, you're just 3 miles from the Palm Coast beach, a family-friendly piece of coastline ideal from every activity from sunbathing to surfing. Of course, the Intracoastal Waterway is right at your feet, so you'll want to explore its inlets and hiking trails. Bring your bike and cycle down to the European Village just half a mile away, for great shopping and dining. Or bring your boat and fishing gear. You can rent just about any watercraft here, too. The possibilities are endless!

You are going to love the Canopy Walk complex itself. You enter through a canopy (of course!) of old-growth oaks and cypress trees, unbelievably beautiful. The natural woodiness of the country has been carefully preserved here, giving it a feel completely different from that of other beach towns.
