Seasonal (Jan-Mar): $1750 per month includes electric up to $100.

Spring (Apr-May): $450 per wkend; $850 per week. Inquire for 
monthly rates. ***Extra nights are $120 per night***

Summer (June-Aug): $850 per week 

Mid-season (Sept-Dec): $1450 per month includes electric up to $100; 
$350 per wkend; $750 per week.

**Deposit $200 (refundable upon inspection)**
