Vacation Rental Description

This gorgeous 3 story executive style beach home has a modern open  
design with 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. Top floor is all master bedroom,  
 master bath and has master deck with ocean view. Second floor has  
second bedroom with twins that can go right together to make a queen  
size bed if preferred. Second floor also has living room with  
sleeper sofa for anther queen size bed, dining area, kitchen, second  
bath and a full second level deck. The second level deck has grill  
and covers full back length of house with table/chairs with ocean  
view. 
 
This home is located one block to ocean with a beach front park and  
a no drive on beach, 1 block south to the park with tennis  
basketball, volleyball and kids play ground. 1 mile south is  
entrance to Cape Canaveral Seashore State park 
 
The home has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher,  
coffee maker, oven, microwave and also outside grill. Cooking  
utensils, glasses/dishes and eating utensils are provided. The  
kitchen area has a breakfast bar and adjacent  there is a large  
formal dining table as well.  
 
The garage is split into two areas with one side gym, exercize  
equipment and beach toys, and the other side open to accomodate  
car/motorcycles or other. The bottom level also has the washer/dryer  
in garage area and outside bottom deck with hammock in shade with  
ocean breeze and outside shower.

redfish, trout, flounder, 1 block away in the Indian River. This  
home is located 2 blocks north from JB's Fish camp on indiam river.  
Great local restaurants for a small friendly beach/surfing kind of  
town . Park only 1 block away with manatees and dolphins  playing,  
tennis, basketball, volleyball and kids playground. Great area  
kayaking and bicycling. Water taxi on intercoastal covers New Smyrna  
to Daytona.  Local area events include bike week, race week,  
biketoberfest, space shuttle launch viewing, and Orlando Theme parks.
