This special ocean front home “Cresent Castle” has panoramic views of the ocean from almost every room in the home! Enjoy amazing sunrises (on the ocean) and sunsets (on the intra-coastal) on our wrap-around deck. Sip a glass of wine our ocean front deck and enjoy amazing views of the ocean.

Enjoy our private heated pool. Open the glass doors and enjoy the sea breeze. This magical home features a private walk way to one of America’s most beautiful beaches with gorgeous, wide, powdery white sand great for building sand castles and walking with bare feet. Best of all, there are no nearby high rise condos to spoil the view! The house is designed to work for 2 or more families traveling together. The first floor contains ample parking area. The second floor has a separate entrance and features a living room with television, 2 queen futon beds (sleeps 4), a game room with a pool table, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and 2 bedrooms - one with a king sized bed (sleeps 2) and one with 2 twin beds (sleeps 2). The third floor has a large ocean front terrace with direct views, a deck over looking the ocean and a wrap-around deck with tables and chairs and views of the intra-coastal (perfect for sunsets). The third floor also features a separate entrance and a full kitchen, dining room, living room and 2 more bathrooms and 2 more bedrooms – one with a king sized bed (sleeps 2) and one with a queen bed (sleeps 2).

The living and dining areas are decorated in a casual Florida style and here you will find a coquina fireplace. Easy access to the outside with double sliding doors and direct ocean view are additional charms. An outside grill and balcony area make this an ideal home for entertaining.

The Sunrise Castle features ample parking, a private walkway to the beach, wrap-around deck for sunrise and sunset viewing, beach view balcony, and a in-ground heated pool. The beach is wide and sandy. Best of all you can walk directly from our house onto the silky sand! Note: House is managed by Vacation Rental Pros Property Management LLC which is owned by Steve Milo.
