high-quality qeen mattress sets and the sheets are pure,luxurious  
Egyptian Cotton, so, no need to worry about a good night's sleep.  
 
Living room has a full-size sleeper sofa for extra sleeping  
arrangement. TVs & DVD players & cable TV, local phone service  
w/answer machine (phones in 3 rooms)and WY-FI internet service  
provided. Full-sized washer & dryer, ironing board & iron. Fully  
stocked linens for baths, pool, bedding, & kitchen. Kitchen Fully  
stocked for preparing your favorite meals.  
 
Weekly cleaning service available upon request at a very reasonable  
rate by reliable, trusted company - paid directly to them.

the Art Fitness Center, 3 heated pools and 2 spas, and lighted

Vacation Rental Rates

Specials:  $350 per week for some weeks.  Special pricing on multiple-month bookings for low and mid  
season and possibly part of high season included.   
 
High Season: December thru April - $2,500/month  
Mid Season: September thru November - $1,800/month  
Low Season: May thru August - $1200/month  
 
Refundable Security Deposit of $500 minus $85 cleaning fee.  
 
50% rental deposit required with reservation  
Check-in: 2 pm or after  
Check-out: 11 am or prior  
 
Non-Smoking Condo  
Only Assistive Animals Allowed
