huge deck [8' X 26'] that will provide you with a panoramic view of
the ocean, beach and surf. The early risers can watch the sun rise
out of the ocean. From every room you have a view of the beach and
ocean. Both bathrooms and the kitchen have been updated to bring them into the new millennium. The ceiling and walls have been painted. The kitchen is stocked with cooking items.
The condominium association permits only 8 persons to occupy this
condominium. Children under six are not counted in this number. The
first bedroom has two single beds, the second bedroom has a double
bed and a single bed and the third bedroom has a king size bed.
There is queen sleep sofa in the living room.

For your enjoyment the building has an:
Indoor Heated Olympic Size Swimming Pool,
Game Room with half a basket ball court,

You step from the large Sundeck onto the beach sand.

The two and a half mile long Ocean City Boardwalk will provide you

This direct oceanfront three bedroom - two bath condominium is rented
on a weekly basis, Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday or Mini Weeks - Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday These rates are your total
cost. There are no hidden fees. Half is due upon signing of the
lease. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Checks
only, no credit cards. NOTE The Capri has a $30.00 Fee

January 2, 2009 to May 22 Weekly = $1000 Mini Week $600

May 22 to June 5 Weekly = $1300 Mini Week $700,

June 5 to , June 26 Weekly = $1,500.00 - Mini Week = $800

June 26 to August 21 Weelky = $2200 - Mini Week $1100

August 21 to September 11 Weekly = $1500 - Mini Week $800,

Septembet 11 to January 1, 2010 Weekly = $1000 - Mini Week = $600
