Fully equipped and renovated kitchen features large refrigerator with filtered
water dispenser and ice-maker, stove, dish washer, microwave, coffee
maker, toaster, blender, cutlery, pots, dishes and pantry for storage.

Great living room and dining room is equipped for seating 6 people
comfortably and 46" LCD TV. Washer and dryer appliances in the condo.

The condo boasts two large and comfortable bedrooms and newly
renovated bathrooms. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. The master
bedroom has a walk-in closet, TV and ensuite full bathroom with tub. The second bathroom includes a shower. Linens, towels and iron provided.

Large balcony with outdoor patio seating overlooking the pool and
intercoastal waterways. Extra large heated swimming pool, hot tub,
plenty of poolside seating.

Private boat dock slips, well light fishing dock and outdoor BBQ with
picnic tables.

The rental unit also features a reserved parking spot. AC, heat and
free local telephone (unlimited). Unlimited Internet and expanded TV package.

Taxes (12%)

Florida rentals are taxed 7% Fla State Sales Tax and 5% Resort Tax. There is NO sales tax if renting for six months or more.

Cleaning

A one-time $100 fee is required for cleaning.

Deposit

A deposit of $500 is required to guarantee a reservation. Balance is due within 30 days of arrival and is non-refundable, date adjustment may be considered.
