located in the secure Golden Shores complex, which sits directly on
the inter-coastal waterway and is about 100 yards to the beautiful
white sands and warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

perfect getaway so that you and your family can enjoy quality time
together. Enjoy a night in watching the yachts sail by, or, spend a
night out at one of the several excellent restaurants in walking
distance. Watch the sunrise over a cup of coffee or enjoy a cocktail
as the sun sets into the horizon.

The grounds are immaculate; hibiscus and palm trees line the pool and
hot tub area. Bring your own boat and dock it free and enjoy
fishing off the private dock.

Fully equipped and renovated kitchen feature large refrigerator with filtered
water dispenser and ice-maker, stove, dish washer, microwave, coffee
maker, toaster, blender, cutlery, pots, dishes and pantry for storage.

Great living room and dining room is equipped for seating 6 people
comfortably and contains a flat-screen TV. Washer and dryer
appliances in the condo.

The condo boasts two large and comfortable bedrooms and newly
renovated bathrooms. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. The master
bedroom has a walk-in closet and newly renovated en suite full
bathroom with tub. The second bathroom includes a shower. Linens,
towels and iron provided.

Large balcony with outdoor patio seating overlooking the pool and
intercoastal waterways. Extra large heated swimming pool, hot tub,
plenty of poolside seating.

Private boat dock slips, well light fishing dock and outdoor BBQ with
picnic tables.

The rental unit also features a reserved parking spot. AC, heat and
free local telephone (unlimited).

for six or more months rental.

In Addition, Per the State of Florida all Rentals are Taxed 7% Fla
State Sales Tax and 5% Resort Tax. There is NO sales tax if renting
for six months or more.

A deposit is required to guarantee a reservation. Balance is
due within 30 days of arrival and is non-refundable, date adjustments
may be considered.
