Enjoy the harbor scene from the lanai, stroll through the wooded and
landscaped grounds, swim in the heated pool or hit tennis balls on
the court. The best is a private short walk to Crescent Beach,
Florida's finest white sand beach. Our condo is "turn key" and the
decor is French "Cote D' Azur". Located on the top floor, it is
very quiet. Boat docking available first come first serve through
condo association. Direct access to intercoastal waterway and the
Gulf.

Wireless and hard wire Broadband Internet!

We just enjoyed another great spring break in Siesta Key at Betsy's condo. It's neat and very comfortable, directly across from the beach and very convenient to everything in the area. My family and I have rented from Betsy in the past, will do again, seamless doing business with her, the unit is conveniently located and it's a great value. Thanks again Betsy, next year is very possible if we don't go to our place in Cabo San Lucas! Thanks, the Scott Family.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Perfect place for relaxation

We would definitly recommend the place to a friend.In spite of the long distance (we live in Sweden) the communication between the owner and us functioned perfectly. The correspondence, payment,keys and other practical matters were easy and Betsy`s respond to our questions was always quick.
The appartment was very clean and we could really find everything one can need in different situations - these small things you do not normally think of unless you need them.Everything in the appartment was logically organized and everything was good quality and worked! We especially appreciated the internet access.
The location of the property is excellent.The beach is wonderful!

Recommended for: age 55+, sight seeing, romantic getaway
