Quiet family-oriented resort, all renters have optional access to use Seabrook Island Club Facilities including beach area outdoor pool, golf, tennis, dining room and other club amenities with the purchase of Seabrook Island Club Amenity Cards. 

There are numerous beach accesses and parking areas available to everyone with no fees for use.  Rental guests may purchase amenity cards for the Lake House facilities (exercise, indoor and outdoor pools, etc).  Lake House rates are: daily ($15), 3-days ($10 per day) or monthly ($60) fees for use of the Fitness Center and swimming pools at the Lake House.  Rental guests may also purchase Seabrook Island Club amenity cards (used for beach club, golf, tennis, dining, etc).  Daily ($30) and weekly ($180) fees are charged for Seabrook Island Club facility use by renters.

There are many commercial areas at both Bohicket Marina and Fresh Fields Village nearby.  Short walk or bike to the beach. Easy access to Kiawah Island's golf courses and a short drive to romantic, historic Charleston.

There are miles of walking and bicycling paths, several golf courses--
2 on Seabrook Island and 5 on Kiawah Island nearby, tennis center,
equestrian center, beach club areas, swimming pools, restaurants,
fitness facilities, etc. There is freshwater and saltwater fishing
in the resort along with crabbing at docks. Boating and kayaking are
also available on the island.

In-season rates June to August $150/night or $1000/week plus taxes; 3-night minimum rental;
Shoulder-season rates March, April, May, September & October are $125/night
   or $800/week plus taxes;
Low-season rates November through February $100/night or $650/week plus
   taxes.  Credit card payments are accepted.

Seabrook Island Club amenity cards are available for villa renters for $30 per day or $180 per week.

Snowbird rates for December through February are available at monthly rates; Seabrook Island now has an indoor swimming pool and fitness facility at the Lake House. Off-season arrivals can be arranged for any day of the week subject to availability. 

For extended stays with additional cleaning requested or for rentals of less than 3 nights, an additional fee is charged for cleaning services.

Payments are made through ResortQuest in accordance with their policies including credit card payments. Resort Quest management company provides the services for our guests, including payments in accordance with ResortQuest
policies and check-in. They also provide any needed maintenance for guests and the owners. Their reception office is available 24 hours and is located in Fresh Fields Village outside of the security gate.
