Quiet family-oriented resort, all renters and guests have optional
access to use Seabrook Island Club Facilities. There are many
commercial areas at both Bohicket Marina and Fresh Fields Village
nearby.

Short walk or bike to the beach.

Easy access to Kiawah Island�s golf courses and a short drive to
romantic, historic Charleston.

There are miles of walking and bicycling paths, several golf courses--
2 on Seabrook Island and 5 on Kiawah Island nearby, tennis center,
equestrian center, beach club areas, swimming pools, restaurants,
fitness facilities, etc. There are freshwater and saltwater fishing
in the resort along with crabbing at docks. Boating and kayaking are
also available on the island.

Spring 2008--2-night specials; April and May $285 plus tax
In-season rates June to August $150/night or $1000/week plus taxes;

Shoulder-season rates April, May, September & October are $100/night
or $700/week plus taxes;

Low-season rates November through March $85/night or $550/week plus
taxes;

Seabrook Island Club amenity cards are available for villa renters.

Snowbird rates for January & February are available through
ResortQuest at their rates.

Off-season arrivals can be arranged for any day of the week subject
to availability. For extended stays with additional cleaning
requested or for rentals of less than 3 nights, an additional fee is
charged for cleaning services.

Payments are made through ResortQuest in accordance with their
policies. Resort Quest management company provides the services for
our guests, including payments in accordance with ResortQuest
policies and check-in. They also provide any needed maintenance for
guests and the owners. Their reception office is open 24 hours and is
located in Fresh Fields Village outside of the security gate.
