Vacation Rental Description

One of a very few large homes in the area capable of handling any  
size Family groups only. For other than family groups please refer  
to our other 3 homes. The location is awesome! Just a 3 minute walk  
to Mt Cranmore and the adjacent large health club with indoor pool,  
hot tub and indoor tennis etc, 1/2 mile (10 minute walk) to  
downtown, 10 minutes to Storyland, 20 minutes to Attitash and 25 to  
Wildcat. Plenty of swimming, hiking and biking nearby! This house  
goes on and on. It is large and very unique with 2 kitchens, one of  
which is recently remodeled along with the dining area, large  
screened porch, pool table & Foosball. Please call for quick

2006-2007 Winter weekends (non-holiday): 850-1500 
Add a third night for just 200, 4th night for 100. 
Winter weeks, 1400-2500. 
Mid-week (Sun-Fri) just 200-300 per night. 
 
Late March weekends: 
Reduced rates apply. Please call. 
 
April thru mid-June: 700-1200 depending on group size. 
 
Summer:  
Weekends: 700-1200. 
Weekly: 900-1500
