Vacation Rental Description

Large, airy house with lots of sunlight, and plenty of room for families and guests.  Deck for  
outdoor dining overlooks lovely gardens, and behind a stand of cedars, a picket-fenced-in pool.   
Private and peaceful but centrally located--ten minutes from Atlantic ocean beaches, from salt water  
bays and from the town of East Hampton.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Four bedrooms, four full baths, library, laundry room, sky-lit living room.  Dream kitchen for a  
chef. Cable, high speed internet, wireless.  The master bedroom with window seat overlooking gardens  
has it's own large bathroom that includes a steam shower.  First floor suite also has it's own  
bathroom, and sliding glass doors that open up to the backyard deck. Two person kayak and bicycles.   
Hammock, and herb gardens (for the cook!).   Fantastic collection of hundreds of jazz, R&B, and pop  
CDs, and literally a thousand DVDs;three TV/DVD players.  Washer/dryer.  Linens and beach towels,  
chairs and umbrellas provided.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming and surfing, bay-kayacking, wind-surfing, bicycling, sand dune trails, hiking trails,  
public tennis courts, clamming and musseling, fishing,miniature golf, bowling, skate board park,  
fine dining,multi-screen cinema and shopping.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Month of July: 14,000; Month of August: 16,000; weekly stays also available for 3500 to 4000, please  
call for specific rates.
