The 1 1/2 acre bluff top site has 250 feet of shoreline frontage and is SPECTACULAR!

living room, dining room, or bedroom. 
 
This four bedroom,three bathroom furnished home was fully renovated in 2007. It comfortably  
sleeps eight, or ten including a separate study/TV room with its queen sleep-sofa. 
 
Every living area and bedroom has a breathtaking ocean view. 
 
The adjacent Guest House, which is a part of this estate, is available with the rental of  
the Main House at an additional cost.  This Guest House has a large cathedral ceiling  
living/dining area, a queen size bedroom, one bath, and a loft with a queen sleep-sofa. 
  
This guest house which comfortably sleeps four, could be nicely used as a separate  
home office. 
 
And all the excitement of downtown Santa Barbara, the Harbor and the Santa Barbara Marina  
is within a healthy walk, an easy bike ride, or a 5 minute drive!

Vacation Rental Rates

Low Season:   Sept 15 to April 15th      $ 3,000 per week    $9,000 per month 
Mid Season:   April 15 to June 15        $ 4,000 per week    $12,000 per month 
High season:  June 15 to Sept. 15        $ 5,000 per week    $15,000 per month 
 
NOTE:   Minimum rental period is two weeks. 
 
NOTE:   Thanksgiving and Christmas week   $ 6,000 per week 
 
NOTE:   Yearly rental rate is $8,000 per month 
 
NOTE:   Guest House on the property is available at additional cost to 
Main House rental 
       
 
50% deposit required with reservation.  Balance due no later than 60 
days prior to arrival. 
 
Security deposit of $1,000. 
 
Cleaning fee of $400. 
 
Additional cleaning and cooking services can be provided.
