Colony I at Oyster Bay in Sunset Beach is located just across the
street from the Intracoastal Waterway, and within a few minutes
drive to the Atlantic Ocean.
This Unit is located on the 2nd fairway of The Oyster Bay Course at
Sunset Beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa has all the comforts of
home. Enjoy beautiful views all around from the large, shaded wrap
around deck and screened porch.

It comes with a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker,
toaster, dishwasher and more than enough cookware. Laundry room has
full size washer and dryer. Bed linens are provided, bath linens are
not provided.
There are two spacious bedrooms each with full bath. Comfortable new
beds are in each bedroom, one king and two doubles. There is also a
queen size sleeper sofa.
This “NO SMOKING” and “NO PETS” unit is in like new condition, very
clean and nicely decorated. Main living area, kitchen and baths have
ceramic tile flooring, bedrooms are carpeted.
It has central air conditioning, cable TV, three Televisions and a
DVD player. WiFi service
And there is a large pool and hot tub just across from this unit.

Taking a scenic drive along the intercoastal passing Bird Island and
with in a few minutes you will arrive at the quaint swing bridge to
Sunset Beach, the southern-most of North Carolina's Brunswick
Islands. The three mile long barrier island is southern coastal
living at its best, an uncrowded oceanfront for swimming, surfing,
shelling or strolling. The family friendly beach offers a fishing
pier, quaint shops, bicycle and kayak rentals and free public
parking with a place to rinse the sand off. Also, mini golf and ice
cream parlors!
Spend a lazy afternoon strolling the beach for the perfect shell or
glimpsing at the dolphins in the water then watch the setting sun
melt into the ocean at twilight and be sure to take your kite along
with you.
The condo is located on Oyster Bay Golf Course which Golf Digest
listed as "Best 50 Public Courses in America."
There are many golf courses nearby, including The Pearl, Thistle,
Sandpiper Bay, Sea Trail, Lion’s Paw, Tiger’s Eye, Panther's Run,
Crow's Creek, Brunswick Plantation, River's Edge, and Carolina
National.
Area places to visit:
Calabash, known as “The Seafood Capital of the World”, famous for
its seafood restaurants many located on the waterfront with the
fishing boat docks right at their back door. Some are Coleman's
Original Calabash Seafood (Jimmy Durante's favorite), Capt. Nance,
Dockside or the new Boundary House. And don't miss Callahan’s

Ocean Isle Beach
Attractions there include The Museum of Coastal Carolina offering
the coastal history of the Carolina's. And mini golf, shops, and
restaurants such as The Isles, oceanfront and Cinelli’s overlooking
the intercoastal waterway both offer indoor and outdoor dining.
A bit further south and a much faster pace:
Myrtle Beach with its many attractions: The Dixieland Stampede, The
Carolina Oprey, several shopping and restaurant complexes: Barefoot
Landing and Broadway at the Beach also Tanger Outlets and Ripley's
Aquarium.
North Myrtle Beach is a short 25 minute drive and downtown Myrtle
Beach is within 40 minutes.

Rental is from Sat. to Sat., a full seven night stay.
Check in is 3:00 pm Saturday.
Check out is 10:00 am the following Saturday.
All rentals are subject to 13% tax rate
Cleaning fee: $65
Refundable security deposit: $100
Refund of the rental security deposit will be mailed to you provided
the unit is left in satisfactory condition.
Half of rent is due at time of reservation (Reservation Fee). $100
security deposit along with remaining rental amount is due 30 days
prior to arrival.
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival date will
result in a 10% fee. Cancellations made less that 60 days prior to
arrival date will result in loss of reservation fee.
