Vacation Rental Description

A luxury home built in 2000 on two and-one-half wooded and 
landscaped acres.  Property has 600 feet of shoreline overlooking 
the main body of Grand Lake.  Protected cove with a boat slip for 
your boat as well as a swim dock.  Property is located near Cherokee 
Yacht Club and only 1 hour and 15 minutes from Tulsa.  All four 
bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and look out over the lake.  The 
fourth bedroom is located in the loft adjacent to the main house.  
Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, Dacor oven and Dacor gas 
stove. Slate floors throughout the first floor. Three outside patios 
for relaxing.
No Smoking in the house.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This house is chock full of delights!  
Two car garage.
Lighted bocce ball court in the yard.  Croquet and other games 
available as well.
Gas grill and a Weber Grill. Wood fireplace with gas starter. Two 
refrigerators w/icemakers.  Separate utility room with washer/dryer 
and sink.  Three coffee makers.  Coffee grinder, toaster, bagel 
toaster, small convection oven, blender,microwave,dishwasher, frappe 
blender.  Jacuzzi in master bathroom.  Huge walk-in shower in master 
bath/two sinks with huge walk-in closet.  Central vac. All 
silverware/cookware/drinkware/barware provided.  Spice drawer.  
Master has king bed and other bedrooms all have queen beds.  High 
quality linens and towels provided.  Wi-Fi.
Dishnet TV, DVD, CD Player, HDTV in TV area above the living room.
Our property manager will greet you and give you a complete tour of 
the house!
No pets.  No smoking.

Activities and Attractions

Boating, swimming, waterskiing, biking, golf, sailing, restaurants, 
fishing, wildlife viewing, star gazing and birdwatching.  This is a 
great spot for birdwatching!  We have seen over 50 species of birds 
at our house.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season: May 10th -Sept. 10th -$3800/week (one week minimum)or 
$12,000 per month.

Thanksgiving week & Dec. 20th-Jan.7th-$3800/week or $550/night (4 
night min.)

Off Season Rates: $3000/week or $500/night (minimum 3 nights)

Minimum 1 week rental during High Season.
Security deposit of $800 required via separate check.
