bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and look out over the lake. The
fourth bedroom is located in the loft adjacent to the main house.

stove. Slate floors throughout the first floor. Three outside patios
for relaxing.

Boating, swimming, waterskiing, biking, golf, sailing, restaurants,
fishing, wildlife viewing, star gazing and birdwatching. This is a
great spot for birdwatching! We have seen over 50 species of birds
at our house.

High Season: May 7th -Sept. 9th -$3800/week (one week minimum)or
$13,000 per month.
Thanksgiving week & Dec. 20th-Jan.7th-$3800/week or $625/night (4
night min.)
Off Season Rates: $3200/week or $575/night (minimum 3 nights)
Minimum 1 week rental during High Season.
Security deposit of $500 required via separate check.
