Fantastic Ski-in 2 Bedroom Condo at Chair 7 in Mammoth Lakes

Our condo is located at Canyon Lodge with an outstanding view of the
mountain and chair 7. The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (its
HUGE with approx 1,250 sq/ft and sleeps 6 very comfortably) - this
condo is GREAT for 2 couples or large families.

As you can see from the photo from our living room, you are right at
chair 7. You can ski right down and walk over to the complex for
lunch. No parking hassels either as the complex has underground
parking.

Our 2 bedroom/2bath/2 story condo has 2 separate living areas. The
downstairs living room has a sofa with a pull out queen sleeper and
a beutiful propane fireplace and a NEW LCD flat screen TV with a wall
mounted 2.1 surround sound home entertainment system with DVD. The master
bedroom is downstairs as well and it has a king size bed with a new LCD TV

The upstairs living area has a Queen  bed and 4 new bunk beds. The upstairs
also has a new 50" LCD HD TV with a new Sony Play Station with DVD.
There is a full bathroom upstairs and downstairs.

The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverware, a coffee
maker, microwave oven, crock pot and more. There is a new glass top
range with oven and a dishwasher as well.

The condo complex amenities include:
- Pool
- 2 large year-round outdoor jacuzzis
- Rec room with sauna, pool table, video games
- Free wireless internet in condo
- Only 1 mile from the Village (a pedrestrian Village with heated
walkways, 9 restaurants, 6 bars, 2 art galleries, or course a
Starbucks, Color Me Mine & lots of other shops (35 total)

In Winter, from our condo you can walk/ski/board to a FREE gondola
that you can take down to the Village. The Village gondola is at
Canyon Lodge which is only 200 yards away. Also, Canyon Lodge is a
full service Lodge wtih lift tickets, lessons, ski/boarding school,
shops, bars & restaurants. There are 4 lifts and 2 rope tows in the
Canyon Lodge area.

In Winter, there is a restaurant & bar right accross the street. A
good place for "Happy Hour" after getting off the slopes.
