A washer and dryer is inside the unit for your convenience.

The living room has a queen-size pull out sofa bed. An elegant entertainment center houses the TV and DVD player. High speed internet modem with an ethernet connection is available for the computer enthusiast. Our well-equipped kitchen has all new counter top, tile floors and appliances. It has the basic necessities you need for cooking a simple or gourmet dinner.

Centrally located near shops, restaurants, clinics, golf courses and hiking trails. Mayo Clinic and Old Town Scottsdale is only 15 mins. away. Sky Harbor Airport is 20 mins. and AZ 101 is less than 10 mins.

Reservation/security deposit of $625.00 is required prior to occupancy.  This includes a refundable security deposit of $500 and a non-refundable cleaning fee of $125.

This is a non-smoking facility. Sorry no pets allowed.

Rate includes all taxes, local phone, expanded cable, internet and electricity.  Electric extra from May-September.
