Enjoy our "home away from home" when you visit our nicely decorated  
2 Bedroom, 2 Bath (sleeps 4 to 6-maximum of 6 per fire code)900 sq. ft. 
condo on Table Rock Lake. Fully furnished (see amenities below),security  
gated, walk-in level, next to outdoor swimming pool, king-size beds in  
both bedrooms, queen-size sofa sleeper in living room, and enclosed porch. 
Also, a full service marina with available dock rentals within walking  
distance of our condo. 
 
If you like to enjoy fun on the lake, State Park Marina is less than  
10 minutes away and offers pontoon boats, ski boats, fishing boats,  
or wave runners for rental. 
 
Located 8 miles from the famous Branson strip, where you will find  
all the shopping, food & shows that Branson has to offer.

Jan-May 15th........$100/night plus 1X $55 cleaning fee,  
                                       
                    $600/7-night week, all fees included. 
 
May 16th-Sept. 5th..$135/night plus 1X $55 cleaning fee, 
 
                    $875/7-night week, all fees included. 
 
Sept. 6th-Dec.......$110/night plus 1X $55 cleaning fee,    
                                   
                    $675/7-night week, all fees included. 
 
** $100 deposit required for booking. Add additional 3% if paying by Credit Card. 
PRICES ALREADY INCLUDE 8.41% tax.(2 night minimum) 
 
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. 
 
Cancellation policy: Can cancel up to two weeks before your stay. 
                                Within two weeks, we keep the deposit.
