full kitchen, and all utensils. The Stoneridge community features a
par-71 championship golf course with a unique 19th hole.
It also features a nice clubhouse for guests use, including hottubs,
pool, and weight room. There are tennis courts, biking and walking
trails, a nice restaurant with lounge, and a small lake. The lake,
Lake Sans Souci, is stocked with fish every year, and has pic-nic
areas to enjoy!
Step out the front door of your condo onto the 9th fairway of the
course, enjoy the beautiful mountain and valley views of the area!

Weekly: $725.00-$1043.00 per week, depending upon season.
Deposit Information:
$500.00 deposit must be paid within 72 hours of booking.
$350.00 of the deposit is refundable in no less than 30 days
following your last night's stay.
$150.00 of the deposit is non-refundable due to cleaning, inspection,
and garbage removal.
Cancellation Policy:
The booking fee/deposit of $500.00 is non-refundable from the date of
booking in you choose to cancel.
All rents are non-renfundable 30 day's prior to stay.
All deposits and rents are non-refundable from date of booking on
holidays and special events.
