Daily: $225.00 per night with 3 night minimum.
Weekly: $1400.00 per week.
Ironman: $2000.00 per week.
Winter: $650.00 monthly, September-May
Deposit information:
$500.00 deposit must be paid within 72 hours of of booking.
$350.00 of the deposit is refundable in no less than 30 day's
following your last night's stay.
$150.00 of your deposit is non-refundable due to cleaning,
inspection, and garbage removal.
Cancellation policy:
The booking fee/deposit of $500.00 is non-refundable from the date of
booking if you choose to cancel.
All rents are non-refundable 30 day's prior to stay.
All deposits and rents are non-refundable from date of booking on
holidays and special events.
