Vacation Rental Description

About Time is a newly remodeled, vibrant beach front and bay front 
coastal retreat. It is located on a narrow strip of beach that 
separates the Gulf of Mexico from Alligator Harbor. It is 
beautifully decorated in a comfortable seaside style. 

Guests of this unique, spacious and private home are invited to 
relax and unwind. About Time's abundance of decks ensures that 
everyone will find their perfect hiding place. Each sanctuary offers 
a different viewpoint and a different pleasure. Enjoy the sunsets in 
the evening and soak in the afternoon rays from the gulf front 
porch. 

In addition to the outside havens, all three bedrooms have 
tremendous water views. With two bedrooms overlooking the gulf and 
one bedroom overlooking the bay, it will be difficult to decide 
which bedroom to choose. 

The main level features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living 
room and a large open kitchen with breakfast bar. The master suite 
includes a queen bed overlooking the gulf and a bathroom featuring a 
jacuzzi tub overlooking the bay. The additional guest bedrooms 
include a full-size bed and two twins with trundles for  extra 
quests.  

The additional upstairs loft area features a spacious seating area 
including two full futons and two twin futons and an additional 
efficiency kitchen with a spectacular wrap around deck overlooking 
Alligator Point. 

About Time is just steps away from a quiet and unpopulated white 
sand beach for great fishing and sunbathing. Guests are also 
welcomed to fish on the bay side.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates in US Funds.
Refundable deposit of $500 required to make reservation.
Reservation Fee of $75 will apply. Thirty-day cancellation notice 
required.

Cancellation Policy for Weekend and Weekly Reservations: If cancelled more than 60 days prior to 
arrival, deposit is fully refunded; if cancelled between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival, there is a 
$125 cancellation fee. There are no refunds if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to 
arrival.

Cancellation Policy & Rent Prepayment for Stays Longer than 14 Days: Stays longer than 14 days 
require prepayment of 1/2 of all funds due in advance (rent, taxes & fees) plus the security 
deposit. If reservation is cancelled at least 90 days prior to arrival, the deposit and prepaid rent 
will be refunded. There are no refunds if reservation is cancelled less than 90 days prior to 
arrival.

Sales tax of 9% for all rentals less than 6 months' duration.
Weekly rentals are Saturday through Saturday.


All rates are subject to change.  Weekend rentals are subject to 
availability at participating properties and are accepted no sooner 
than 15 days prior to arrival date during peak season.  Holiday 
rates for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, 
Christmas and New Years'Eve may be higher than published rates.

Peak Season (March 1-August 31) $1,950/Week ~ $975/Weekend ~ 
$5,850/Month 

Off ~ Peak (September 1 - February 28) $1,365/Week ~ $682.50/Weekend ~ 
$2,700/Month
