Our updated condo in beautiful Kelly Greens is available for the prime months listed above. Late Spring through late fall rental is also available. Our second floor Terrace End Unit has all new carpeting, tile, paint, furnishings, and sliding windows on the larger lanai. We overlook a large lake on the 15th. hole of the golf course. Additional pictures of our unit can be forwarded via e-mail. FYI, Kelly Greens ONLY allows monthly or longer rentals.
Excellent references on this unit can be supplied by previous renters with no problem. We are looking to find people who will care for our condo as if it were their own. If you are looking for a nice winter getaway you will enjoy both this home away from home and the Kelly Greens community.
There is a real sense of belonging here and a good time is had by
all. The club offers a varied array of social activities, exercise classes, golf lessons, and dinner specials. Our golf course and club membership can be transferred to those who wish to play and participate in social activities during their stay.
This is the closest gated golf course community to Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands. Great shopping and dining abound. Tennis, pools, Activity center, new workout center, clubhouse with beautiful dining area, immaculate groundskeeping, lending library, all amentities.
