The Hayden Lake property is 30 minutes from the Coeur D' Alene Resort that boasts not only the
finest cuisine and shopping, but also a premier golf course that features the worlds largest
floating golf green. Around the cabin, shady pine trees abound and offer much in the way of hiking
and peace. There is a grassy area and private dock allowing relaxation. This home is about 100 yards
to the private dock, water access for your enjoyment.

The interior of the home consists of three bedrooms and two baths enough to sleep six comfortably.

Rates:
Nightly: $300.00-$350.00 per night with 3 night minimum stay
Weekly: $1600.00-$2000.00
Ironman: $2500.00 per week

Deposit information:
$500.00 deposit must be paid by money order, cashiers check or credit card within 72 hours of
booking.
$350.00 of the deposit is refundable in no less than 30 days following your last night’s stay.
$150.00 of your deposit is non-refundable due to cleaning, inspection, and garbage removal.

Cancellation policy:
The booking fee/deposit of $500.00 is non-refundable from the date of booking if you choose to
cancel. All rents are non-refundable 30 day’s prior to stay & 90 day’s prior to special events or
holidays.
