Vacation Rental Description

Port Pappy is a log home surrounded by pine trees in a queit neighborhood.  We are located minutes 
from the beach and boat ramp.  
Whether it be fishing, bird watching , beach combing or just to sit back and relax, everyone will 
enjoy their stay.
Port Pappy is a great place to have company parties, family reuions, or fishing tournaments.
We have a huge yard for people to gather and BBQ pits for any size party.
Port Pappy is set up for families, large groups or just you and your fishing buddies.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The upstairs is a 2 bedroom 2 bath.  Large bedroom has 2 queens 2nd bedroom has full size bunkbed 
and a single twin.  There is a full futon and a twin love seat in living room.  
fully equipped kitchen open to living area. (2) satellite tv /dvd(NFL package), Hall bath has garden 
tub. Waher and dryer Sleeps 5-10
The downstairs is a open floor plan 1 bath,  2 single bunk, 1 double bunk and 4 twin6. Full kichen, 
TV/dvd, sattellite (NFL package) Washer and Dryer. Sleeps 5-10
Out side 2) deck areas with 3 sizes of BBQ pits, picnic tables, horse shoes, fire pit.
 

Activities and Attractions

Port Pappy is a great place to get away from the hussle and bussles. After a day of fishing or 
beaching just sit back and relax.  We has board games galore, baby needs (crib, swing, intercome). 
We are set up for families and large groups. 
Port O'Connor is known for it's deep sea and sport fishing, wonderful coastline and great sea food.

Vacation Rental Rates

Both upstairs and down stairs   $300.00 a night  or 1200.00 week
Upstairs only 2/2  $195.00 a night  or $900.00 a week
Down stairs 1/1    $135.00 a night  or $500.00 a week
Some holiday and/or sporting events may require min. night stay and/or
price increase.
