Vacation Rental Description

Phenomenal Oceanview Home on Premier Resort Island.  
Lighthouses, yachts, ocean all within easy, clear view from this 
home in paradise.

ShipWatch features spacious rooms, bright and airy decor, and many 
of the thoughtful touches to make your stay an unparalleled 
experience and cherished memory.

Bald Head is an exclusive island.  No cars are permitted.  No 
bridges exist.  Access is via ferry or private yacht.  The ferry 
runs regularly from 6 am to 11 pm.  Upon arriving at the marina, 
your bags are unloaded for you onto the ferry.  Once on the island, 
a tram (disney world style) will take you at no extra cost to 
ShipWatch where your bags are brought to the house.  You settle in, 
grab the keys to one of our two four-passenger golf carts and go 
exploring. 

The limited access to the island creates a peaceful, safe community.

activity options.  With no bridges or cars, the island offers 
unmatched safety, peace of mind, and relaxation.

-search for shells on the 14 miles of beaches
