Vacation Rental Description

These adjacent 3-bedroom/3.5-bath and 2-bedroom/2.5-bath townhouses   
have an unbeatable location. They are much more convenient than a  
home and perfect for 2 or 3 families or a group. The units are  
directly on the ski/golf course, a quarter block to the free shuttle,  
one block to shopping, 3-blocks to the lifts, several blocks to town  
and 25-minutes to Salt Lake City. No rental car is needed, but  
covered parking is directly n front of each unit. All bedrooms have  
private baths, TV with VCR or DVD, phone, stereo and dual alarms.  
Each unit is completely furnished with many extras including Large  
Fireplace, Home Theater System with Video Library,High-Speed  
Internet, Fax/Copier, W/D, Patio with gas BBQ, Mountain/slope  
Views, Deluxe Bedding, etc. The 3BR also has a private hot tub, 2  
phone lines & kitchenette. Combined, these two units have 5-bedrooms,  
5-baths plus 2 half-baths and 10 beds that can accommodate up to 12  
people.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Both townhouses also have access to excellent complex facilities  
consisting of a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, saunas, lockers,  
tennis court and office with concierge. Although the 3BR unit has a  
private hot tub that seats up to 5, the two enclosed hot tubs on-site  
can seat about 6 to 8 each, or over a dozen people. Therefore, an  
entire group can all use the hot tubs together. Plus, an office with  
concierge provides assistance during the ski season from about 9am  
to 9pm with recommendations regarding restaurants, activities and  
directions. Free towels for the pool and spas are also available at  
the office. If you're also thinking of renting a home, please  
consider that homes have few of these amenities, no on-site  
assistance and no convenient access to the free shuttle.
