plasma TVs one in the living room, the other in the bedroom. A fully 
stocked kitchen with everything you might need (coffee maker, 
toaster, eating utensils, plates, oven, microwave, refrigerator). 
This Condo has everything you need for a great vacation!!!

The Tides provides a beautiful heated pool (all year round). It has 
an exit to a beautiful beach. It has a full fitness center. It also 
contains a business center, and included valet parking.

The Tides also offers Thai Chi, Aerobics, and Yoga classes. It has a 
theater. It is just minutes away from Aventura mall, and 
international restaurants. 

Vacation Rental Rates

1) With one (1) month's rent, you will receive: One (1) weekend free 
(friday thru sunday). 
2) With a three (3) month rental, you will receive: A 300 Dollar 
discount off the original renting cost, and one week (monday thru 
friday) free.
* One (1) month: $2500
* Three (3) months: $7500
