Skaha Oasis Getaway Home in Penticton

This stunning 4000 square foot lake front home on Skaha Lake in Skaha
Estates has breathtaking views up and down the lake and is located
in a very private setting with no drive by traffic. It is on the Race route and Wine routes and is minutes from at least 15 different wineries and within 1/2 hour of more then 30 wineries! The home has 4
bedrooms/4 bathrooms; 2 master suites with king beds and
ensuites, double queen bedroom, kid's room with bunkbeds and double
bed, and futon avaliable.
House is fully air conditioned. Large dining suite, large teak
patio set and additional seating around granite island in kitchen
for entertaining.

The property is in very quiet area and there are noise
restrictions in the area after 10 pm. If this may be an issue for
your group, please look elsewhere as this will be STRICTLY enforced. We rent to family groups only and would like our guests to think of our 5 star luxury resort home as if it was there own.

 The house is fully equipped with plasma TV's in all bedrooms, high definition
TV, dedicated home theatre room with 8 foot screen and Playstation 3s, high speed wireless
internet access, brand new hot tub, large dining table, lots of pool
loungers and deck chairs plus slate patio set which seats 8, brand new 18x36 inground salt water heated pool cleaned with ozone, for an amazing soft water swimming experience. We keep the pool at 84-86 degrees all summer for your comfort as well. Pool
also has an automatic pool cover to protect against unwanted access
by kids,etc. There is a lake buoy for your use
to clip boats or seadoos to which is in direct view from the
house/hot tub/pool. There is full laundry in home as well as all
kitchen gear, (plates,untensils,etc), as well as soap, shampoo/condtioner, laundry
soap, tp, etc. All you need to bring is food. A freezer and extra fridge is also supplied. For the 2013 season, we are constructing a huge outdoor bbq entertainment Center poolside, with an overhang, for entertaining day or night, rain or shine.

There is swimming in the lake/pool. Hot tubbing day or
night. Literally 2 minutes to wineries, fruit stand, boat launch, and
only a few minutes drive to downtown Penticton. Mountain biking, hiking, boating, golfing and the 
Ironman route right outside the front door.

 Many families have told us that the house-pool-amenities-lake views themselves were the highlight of their stay with us, and we are pleased to have so many returning families who appreciate a luxury setting to relax, kick back, rejuvinate, and spend quiet quality time with friends and family in a very private and secure property.

 We have tailored the Skaha Oasis Getaway Home to be a truly 5+ Star accomodation and the location, home, furniture, world class pool, high end furniture-bedding-linens and such are definitely part of the holiday experience. When you consider the amazing Okanagan weather, award wining wineries, breath taking lakes and mountain right outside the front door, I am sure you will feel the same way!

The daily rate is between 500$/day in off season, to 1000$/day in prime time. A cleaning fee and a pet deposit fee are not included in those prices.
