Summer is lovely on Marco Island; the balmy breezes of the Gulf keep the Island temperature comfortable. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is located at the
Essex just a block from the white sand beaches of the Gulf
of Mexico on the desirable South End of Marco. This bright and
breezy,well maintained third floor condo sleeps 5 comfortably.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, bath with shower,a large walk-in
closet, TV and radio/alarm clock. The second bedroom has two twin
beds, a full bath, and TV. The living room has a very
comfortable queen size sleeper sofa, TV,DVD, AM/FM stereo radio with
cassette/CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped. A full-size
washer and dryer are located in the unit.

Air conditioning, washer and dryer, off-street covered parking,
elevator, linens provided.
1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 queen sleeper sofa.
Shared pool and tennis courts. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys.
Full-size kitchen with microwave, blender, coffee pot, counter-top
grille, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator w/icemaker, full
size electric stove, all cooking utensils.
Lanai with partial Gulf view.
Other: Iron and ironing board, hair dryer.

On site: swimming and tennis.
Off site: golf, waterskiing, biking, kayaking, parasailing,
snorkeling/diving, basketball courts, zoo, sailing, jet skiing,
surfing, fishing, boating, shelling, windsurfing, fitness centers,
YMCA, museums, cinemas,library, restaurants, spa,and shopping.

May 1 through November 30........$650/week....$1350/month
December 1 through April 30....$1,350/week....$3,600/month
