25-acre farm has been enhanced by a multitude of modern amenities 
during recent renovations. Completely re-furnished and tastefully 
decorated, each home is a comfortable get-away. 
 
The waterfront homes are the Manor (6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms), the 
Hamilton (5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms) and the Stonebridge (4 bedrooms, 
3.5 bathrooms). The Guest House offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms 
while the Guest Cottage offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Rent the 
entire property or in any combination to suit your needs. 
 
The Stonebridge and Hamilton are brand new homes with their own pools, 
docks, sundecks, and screened porches. The houses are surrounded by 
another 125 acres of woods, so it is very secluded. Enjoy the 
breathtaking panoramic water views. It is perfect for the 
multi-generational family vacation and reunion with plenty of room for 
everyone, yet with enough private space for quiet time. The homes are 
pet-friendly. Enjoy fishing and crabbing. Steam the crabs using the 
steamers provided in each kitchen. There are shops in the many nearby 
towns, spas at the Hyatt Regency, and golf courses as well as museums, 
only minutes away. You are always welcome to come and preview any of 
our homes prior to renting them!
