more privacy for one large family or groups with more than one set 
of adults. Up to 14 people can stay in this home plus a CRIB for the 
baby. 
Beautifully furnished. The first master bedroom is downstairs, the 
other three masters and 2 bedrooms are located upstairs. 
ALL bedrooms feature TV’s with either DVD or VCR. A staircase leads 
the way to the LANDING LOFT.
Relax after a fun day at the attractions or shopping in either of 
the 2 lounges. Kids can hang out in the FAMILY ROOM watching their 
favorite TV show or watching a movie on DVD or listening to their 
favorite music on the STEREO, while adults can enjoy grownup 
conversation while sipping their favorite beverage in the formal 
LIVING ROOM.
If you plan a day off, guests can gather in the GAME ROOM, enjoying 
the POOL TABLE, FOOSBALL, AIR HOCKEY, and even a table and chairs 
set for the little munchkins for their favorite activities. 
The fully equipped Kitchen offers everything you would need 
for the guests that enjoy cooking a meal. Like to BARBEQUE? Enjoy 
grilling those tasty meals on the GRILL just off the patio/ pool 
area. It's a picnic in your own backyard. 
Our home offers back yard privacy.  We have a south-facing screened 
HEATED pool and spa that enjoy year-round sun. Wouldn’t it be fun 
to relax in the SPA…in only 15 minutes it heats up. There are lots 
of patio lounges, chairs on the POOL deck.

This home is simple magnificent. The children will enjoy themselves in this pool and the adults will love it in the Hot Tub or Spa. In the cooler months heating for the pool is available.
